I can't find my property

The site only shows properties that you could actually stay in according to your search criteria . If you're property isn't showing review the following checklist:

• Is the property published? (Refer to the "Property" page)
• Is the latitude and longitude correct? (Refer to the "Property" page) - Try it at: http://www.wingo.com/gmaps/
• Is the min/max stay for the property/offer being met? (Property / Offer)
• Are there rates against the offer, for the dates being searched? (Offer)
• Is there inventory supplied for the dates being searched (Offer)
• Are the occupant requirements being met? (Room Type)
• Are the dates being searched within the "Sale Period"? (Offer)
• Are the "Advance Purchase" rules being met? (Offer)
• Do the check-in / check-out dates fall on a specified Closed to Arrival (CTA) or Closed to Departure (CTD) rule? (Offer)

The booking succeeded in your front end, but I saw it fail in my logs

The only thing that fails a booking in the front end is if we can't collect payment. If another part of a booking fails, like communicating with the channel manager, our support staff will fix this offline. This is to ensure a nice and fast experience for the end user.
